This award scheme is designed to identify and award institutions, enterprises and individuals who have contributed greatly to Africa’s ongoing renaissance, and will cover contributions across political unity, economic integration, business, finance, social welfare, socio economic development, culture, the arts, entertainment, sports, diplomacy etc.
Date and Venue
The awards will comprise two tiers. One will confer awards at the Pan African level for contributions and contributions that span more than one sub region of the continent. The other involves conferment of awards at the sub regional level whereby awards will be conferred to honourees in West Africa; East Africa; South & Central Africa; and North Africa.
The African Impact Awards are being organized and hosted by The Business Executive, a Pan African magazine which has been published monthly since 2011. Published from Accra, Ghana, and circulated across Ghana, Nigeria and some other selected English speaking countries in Africa and the Western Hemisphere, it covers business, finance, economy, investment and socio economic development issues. It is widely read by public sector policy makers, corporate decision makers, entrepreneurs, professionals and the expatriate community resident in Anglophone Africa.
