The Business Executive Group has announced the 2025 edition of the Ghana Business Women Conference & Awards, scheduled for December 5, 2025, an event expected to bring together an influential network of female leaders, industry giants, policymakers, innovators, and global business personalities.
The prestigious annual gathering, now regarded as one of Africa’s most credible platforms for celebrating women in enterprise, continues to expand its international reach. This year’s event is projected to attract over 120,000 local and international participants, reflecting the rapid growth of the awards since its inception in 2011.
Hosted under the theme of empowerment and continental collaboration, the conference will spotlight the achievements and contributions of outstanding women across diverse sectors. Organisers say the 2025 edition will feature honourees and delegates from 60 countries, signalling the event’s evolution into a major global convening for female excellence.
The platform will also host special guests and ambassadors from 48 countries, further underscoring its international stature. In addition, more than 44 international bodies and partners are expected to participate, offering networking, mentorship and business expansion opportunities for Ghanaian and African women.
The Ghana Business Women Conference & Awards is part of a wider portfolio of initiatives hosted across 20+ countries by The Business Executive Group, in collaboration with reputable partners including the International Council for Women, Executive Foundation, and the African Chamber for Trade.
This year’s gathering promises a powerful blend of panel discussions, keynote presentations, strategic networking sessions and an awards gala honouring trailblazers whose work is shaping business landscapes across Africa and beyond.
Organisers emphasise that the programme remains “Proudly African, Truly International,” projecting a narrative of ambition, resilience and continental leadership. Participants are expected to explore new avenues for investment, partnerships and policy influence, with a renewed focus on driving economic empowerment for women.
