Ghana’s corporate landscape is set for an extraordinary moment of recognition and international engagement as the 8th Edition of the Ghana Industry CEO Awards comes off on 27th November 2025 at the Accra International Conference Centre. Widely described as Ghana’s most authoritative platform for celebrating visionary business leadership, this year’s edition promises unmatched prestige, global visibility, and a renewed commitment to elevating executive excellence across the country and beyond.

Organised by The Business Executive Group, the awards have, over the past decade, expanded into one of Africa’s most respected leadership recognition schemes boasting participation from 60 countries, 48 countries’ special guests and ambassadors, and over 120,000 local and international attendees since inception. This year raises the bar even higher with the presence of distinguished international guests, adding weight to the event’s global standing.

Among the high-profile personalities gracing the 2025 edition is Ms. Beata Matusiková, Head of Trade and Economic Section at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Ghana. Her participation underscores the deepening cooperation between Ghana and Central Europe, particularly in the areas of trade, investment, and bilateral economic partnerships.

Also joining the distinguished guest list is Ms. Lihong Shen, Security Advisor and Representative covering Ghana, Liberia, and Sierra Leone for the United Nations Department of Safety & Security (UNDSS). Her attendance signals the UN’s growing interest in Ghana’s corporate governance standards, leadership integrity, and the strengthening of institutional resilience across the sub-region.

The evening is expected to attract top CEOs, captains of industry, policymakers, diplomats, multilateral institutions, and major business influencers all gathered to honour corporate leaders who have demonstrated excellence, innovation, ethical leadership, and impact within their various sectors.

With global participation, unmatched credibility, and a strong reputation for transparency, the Ghana Industry CEO Awards 2025 is, without question, one of the most anticipated business events of the year. As the countdown begins, the Accra International Conference Centre prepares to host a night of glamour, recognition, and powerful networking; proudly African, yet truly international.
