The Ministry of Finance (MoF) and the Ghana Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (GHEITI), in partnership with the GIZ, have launched the 2019 reports for the mining and oil/gas sectors last Friday.
Present at the launch were. Dr. John Kumah, a Deputy Finance Minister, Dr. Mohammed Amin Adam, a Deputy Energy Minister, Swizz Ambassador to Ghana and GIZ Country director.
The objective of the launch of the 2019 GHEITI reports was to create public awareness, generate interest and debate on issues raised in the report.
It is also to pave way for stakeholder engagement on Ghana’s Extractive sector.
