Through the comprehensive and vigorous selection criteria, Nigeria’s Most Respected CEOs Awards shall highlight the CEOs who are have achieved much performance success across a wide range of delineated sectors in all the States of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. They will be identified by a free public digital voting nationwide and subsequently honored at a special awards conferment ceremony which is strictly by invitation,
It is significant to note that the companies/corporations that perform best tend to be those managed by the most capable CEOs. This means that outstanding CEOs deserve to be publicly recognized, and they are honored through various award schemes which they are eligible to be nominated for.
However, most award schemes are sector-specific and are determined by a relatively small group of award jurists. GN Buzz Executive’s impending awards in Nigeria, however, will cover an exhaustive array of sectors in one award scheme.
Importantly, every awardee in every sector will be determined by public voting, thus deserving the title ‘Most Respected CEO’ in that sector. In this way, the awards will not only reward the most outstanding CEOs in each sector of business activity in Nigeria; it will also encourage them to step up further and establish the award winners as role models for other CEOs to strive to emulate with regard to corporate leadership and management.
